Carefully designed 3 months worth of workouts for you. The program is designed to take you through various stages of exercise: Proprioception training, Functional Movement, Strength & Hypertrophy training, Cardiorespiratory training, and Muscular Endurance.
Dedicated time to reflect on yourself. This program includes several modules based on applied positive psychology that will take you on an emotional journey to discover your strengths, celebrate your wins, develop your weaknesses, and love yourself.
