Absolutely! We designed our programs to help members succeed at any fitness related goal. We're tired of seeing fad diets, unbalanced programs, unsafe fitness plans. We offer 3 types of programs: Happy Brain Healthy Body, Happy Mother Healthy Baby, and Custom Coaching. If you're looking for a 3-month program to kickstart your health, Happy Brain Healthy Body is the right choice for you. If you're a woman thinking about getting or are currently pregnant, Happy Mother Healthy Baby is the right choice! If you want a plan more geared towards your unique needs and wants, Custom Coaching offers a completely customized program that constantly changes and adapts for you.
DO I NEED EXERCISE EQUIPMENT?
You will want a few pieces of equipment around to get the best value from our programs. We recommend resistance bands (large and small), a jump rope, two dumbbells (or a kettlebell), and an elevated surface (like a step). These are a great investment for your lifelong relationship with fitness, but if you don't have access to these materials, let your coach know and they will adapt your program accordingly.
IS THE DIET RESTRICTIVE?
If by restrictive you mean we make you stop eating french fries and ice cream, absolutely not! Our program is designed to help educate and counsel clients to better understand their unique, individual metabolic needs and eat to fulfill them. One true universal law of weight loss is calorie deficit. Having said that, with our program you will learn what foods are right for you that facilitate weight loss without feeling hungry. Picture a new relationship with food!
HOW DOES THE HAPPINESS CONCEPT WORK?
Ever heard the saying, look good feel good? Flip it upside down for a moment. Science shows us that a good mindset actually influences positive health metrics. Our program was designed by a professional in applied positive psychology and will take you on an internal journey of joy. Our happiness modules help you identify your WHY, address current obstacles in your health path, develop tools for resilience, commit to sustainable habit change, and much more.

We are currently an online coaching platform only. But stay tuned, we are looking at opening a physical location in the near future!

Celebrate yourself for wanting to make a healthy change. Sustainable change comes from sustained commitment. Changing your diet and developing your fitness is a constant challenge - and it should be (nothing great ever came easy).
